make cert in opda

This guide require you to register at OPDA Forum Go there only for certificate
First we need to register there..
1. Open www.opda.net.cn in your browser and click on Register.

So Login Account OPDA, then click the My Certificate.

Click the button Apply Cer  and fill the blank then

 and wait for 1×24 hour certificate creation process.
After time passes, log back in your OPDA account, and check whether the certificate link is available and can be downloaded. If it is available, download both files KEY and CER and save both of it in the same folder
